Spirit of apostacy continues after Herbert W. Armstrong's death

Within the Church of God today is still the very vocal heresy motivated and driven by the wish to spiritualize away all the law and the prophets and eventually the Sabbath will fall with it.

Nothing new under the sun. The early Church had to contend with that Babylonian Mystery of iniquity that deceived folks that they were becoming more "spiritual" the further they distanced themselves from anything "Jewish." That means they preferred the vain traditions of men, later established in pagan Rome, over the Word of God as taught by those in Jerusalem.

The Gentilized Church cut itself off from its Hebrew roots and the rest is history. The Gnostics also vainly dismissed the physical as unimportant (failing to see it has its God-ordained place and role to play), but God's Word and The United States and Britain in Prophecy clearly rebukes such nonsense. The Law and the Prophets have NOT been done away but magnified, evident in proper biblical attitudes and actions in the lives of those who are truly spiritual Jews, and sorely lacking in those who say they are such spiritual Jews and clearly are not.
