God-given Names
I was born David A. Hoover on January 10, 1960 in Bowling Green, Ohio. However, I legally changed my name to David Ben-Ariel (with the help of my Jewish lawyer) during the Spring of 1989. It cost me $300.00.
It also required that I take out a small ad in a newspaper announcing my intentions 30 days beforehand. I placed my ad in the Bowling Green Sentinel.
I also had to appear before a judge (it depends on what county you were born) for him to privately question my motivations. He was assured by my lawyer that I wasn’t running from the law or trying to escape some outstanding debt, but that my reasons were religious in nature. The judge accepted that but wanted to impress upon me that I could have "trouble" with that name in America, without elaborating. I felt he meant because it was Jewish and/or could be difficult for some to know how to pronounce. I told him I wasn’t concerned about it since I planned on moving to Israel anyway.
My reasons for changing my name were religious in nature. Why? Because I honestly feel that Ben-Ariel is a God-given name. And why would I feel that way? Because after a Hebrew class where my teacher mentioned how many people change their names when they move to Israel, I went home wondering what surname I would have in Israel, knowing my first name is already Hebrew.
I had always liked the Hebrew last name of Ben-Ammi, after reading it in Leon Uris’ book Exodus, since it means "son of my people," but while thinking about it and wondering what name my father would’ve given me, if he would’ve given me a Hebrew name, I didn’t know. I then knelt down in prayer and asked God what name, IF ANY, would He give me since He's my Heavenly Father, and I couldn’t ask my dad because he died when I was twelve.
I expected God to perhaps lead or guide or influence me to like a particular name, but immediately ARIEL flashed into my mind and immediately I rejected it. Why? Because it means "the Lion of God" and I felt such a name only belongs to Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. While wondering about the name of Ariel, I remembered that Israel’s defense minister was Ariel Sharon (whom I’ve since met in Jerusalem and Hebron). I reluctantly decided to keep the name in reserve (since it was really impressed upon me!) until God or circumstances might lead me to accept another, and went to bed.
The Bible mentions MANY INCIDENTS where God chose to change someone’s name or to name them before their birth. It is unusual but it’s not unscriptural. There was Abraham, Sarah, and Isaac (Gen. 17:5, 15, 19); Ishmael (Gen. 16:11); Solomon (I Chron. 22:9) and Solomon’s nickname Jedidiah (2 Sam. 12:25); Cyrus (Isa. 44:28; 45:4); John the Baptist (Lk. 1:13); Jesus (Matt. 1:21); Peter and the two brothers James and John whom Jesus nicknamed "sons of thunder" (Mk. 3:16-17); just to name a few.
God promises to give us each a new and unique name in the Kingdom, either in place of or in addition to our current one (Rev. 2:17), as well as sharing Jesus’ new name and bearing the Father’s name as Priest-Kings (Rev. 3:12, 14; Ex. 28:36; Lev. 8:9). God has many name or titles, descriptive of His wonderful qualities and characteristics (Isa. 9:6). The Jews even teach that God’s Hebrew name Elohim (literally Gods) is plural due to the fact that God is too great to be constrained to one name, and is used in the sense of the royal "We." That’s why Elohim said "let us...." We understand that it’s also because there’s presently two God-Beings in the one Kingdom of God, like Adam and Eve were two separate people who both shared the surname Adam as one family unit (Gen. 2:24; 5:2; John 10:30).

The April 1980 issue of The Good News magazine (published by the Worldwide Church of God) carried an article called "History of the Church" that helps us to understand why Jesus changed Simon’s name to Peter: "...and He gave him a surname prophetic of the moral and spiritual strength he would eventually demonstrate. Jesus bestowed upon him the new name, before he had earned it that it might be an incentive to him to realize what Jesus had expected."
After going to bed, about to fall asleep, Isaiah 29:1 flashed into my mind. What’s amazing is that I had never memorized that Scripture! It reveals that Ariel is a nickname for JERUSALEM!
I now understand why God the Father had chosen Ariel for me. Anyone who knows me knows that Jerusalem is always on my mind (Jer. 51:50), especially after my first visit there to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) in 1980, as mentioned in From Toledo to Jerusalem and Israel Work History (Worldwide Church of God).
God has shown me that He’s stirred me up and given me a burning desire for Jerusalem and Israel (Isa. 62:1, 6-7). I finally realized that God was calling me a "SON OF JERUSALEM."I got out of bed, got down on my knees with tears in my eyes, and thanked God for truly knowing us inside and out, just like His Word says, and embraced the new name God had given me! I also accepted it as a SPIRITUAL GOAL: to live worthy of one named after holy Jerusalem and all that it ideally represents.
I end my prayers facing Jerusalem every night with "Yerushalayim shel Zahav" (Jerusalem of Gold), a plea for Jerusalem to fulfill its calling (2 Chron. 6:38-39; Dan. 6:10).
Later, I began to understand how Ariel can also refer to Judah and King David. Since my family tree is traced back to the British and Scottish Royal Families (the Royal House of David) it’s also befitting that Ben-Ariel can mean "son of David" and "son of Judah" (whose tribal emblem is the lion).
I’m convinced that the God of the Bible, the God of Israel, and the God of my forefather David, has blessed me with the name of Ariel. Even if I chose Ariel for myself -- which I did not, I originally objected to it -- there wouldn’t be any harm in that since such a practice is Biblical: "One shall say, I am the LORD’S; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD, and surname himself by the name of Israel" (Isa. 44:5).

(Own report) - The German government is legalizing the use of "military means" in domestic affairs. As was jointly announced on Monday, Oct. 6 by the Ministries of Justice and the Interior, Berlin's government coalition parties have agreed to amend Article 35 of the German Constitution. According to this agreement, the German Bundeswehr will be allowed to operate on German territory - on land, at sea and in the airspace, in otherwise unspecified "particularly serious cases". This intervention can be carried out under cabinet orders, or - in case of an "emergency" - under the sole orders of the Minister of Defense. This promotes the dissolution of the separation of powers between military, police and intelligence agencies that previously had been urged principally between police and intelligence activities. Just a few days ago, reports disclosed the extent of the cooperation between the Federal Criminal Investigation Agency (BKA), the Federal Police and the domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. The BKA bill, due to be passed soon, is being heavily criticized for its violations of the constitutional separation of powers imperative. A recent publication exposes the current extent of the cooperation between the police and the military. Cooperation and a comprehensive blending of the various branches of Germany's repressive organs, on the domestic and foreign fronts, permit a flexible combat of potential civil disorder around the world.
All Branches of the Military
To legalize military operations inside the country, the German government is preparing to pass an amendment to Article 35 of the German Constitution. This article, which lays the legal groundwork for administrative assistance and aid in times of catastrophe, is to be amended with an additional two paragraphs. According to the bill "if the means at the disposal of the police prove insufficient to ward off threats in particularly serious cases, the federal government can order the armed forces to use military means." The federal government has command authority over the regional state governments. In cases of "imminent danger" the defense minister would be authorized to order a military intervention. According to reports, an "incident" need not have taken place nor be of imminent danger of taking place, merely an "indication" of an attack is sufficient.[1] Evidently there will be no limitation on the "military means." Accordingly all branches of the military under Bundeswehr command can be called into action inside the country. A parliamentary decision to this effect is not necessary.
A Bygone
Berlin is advancing the dissolution of the separation of powers between military, police and foreign intelligence by opening the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany to operations by the German armed forces. Already back in July 2007 Chancellor Merkel explained that the separation between domestic and foreign repression is "a bygone".[2] Other than in the case of the Air Safety Law, whose Bundeswehr paragraph (Art. 14 Para. 3) was annulled two years ago by the Constitutional Court,[3] the competence of police forces has been widened. The most recent example is the BKA Bill, soon to be passed into law. This provides the BKA - which has long since been active abroad - with preventive competence, with which it can "go over onto the turf of the Verfassungsschutz" (political secret police "Protectors of the Constitution"), says the publicist Dieter Schenk in a conversation with german-foreign-policy.com. De facto these wide-ranging rights for a so-called defense against threats, are also a subversion of the sovereignty of the police of the individual federal states.[4] Parliamentarians of the opposition are criticizing that the projected domestic repressive apparatus is in many ways "unconstitutional".[5]
Screened By All Agencies
The foreign espionage service is increasingly being included in this dissolution of the separation of powers between police and intelligence agencies. This has been substantiated in a report on the "Gemeinsame Analyse- und Strategiezentrum illegale Migration" (Joint Analysis and Strategy Center on Illegal Migration - GASIM). That institution, which began functioning two years ago, officially defends against undesired immigrants. In GASIM officials of the federal police and the BKA are cooperating with secret service personnel (Verfassungsschutz and the Federal Intelligence Service - BND).[6] Internal documents as well as statements from insiders indicate the extent to which police work and espionage are blending into one another. According to these sources, information from the BND "is simply passed on to the desks of the police." The police then do research in "their own data banks for information on these persons."[7] It is reported that even on the basis of "vague suspicions, also Germans (...) will be screened by all of the participating agencies." This cooperation also includes operative measures. In reference to the police working together with the spy agencies, a GASIM insider explains that "this means that information is enhanced, investigations prepared, at times even accompanied, and further measures are initiated with other police departments."
Spy Satellites
This insider report on the GASIM reinforces apprehensions that the police-intelligence service cooperation is also violating the separation of powers imperative in the Gemeinsame Terrorismusabwehrzentrum (Joint Terrorism Defense Center - GTAZ) located in Berlin-Treptow.[8] In addition the dividing lines are becoming ambiguous between the work of the BKA, which in the context of the GASIM and the GTAZ, is working officially with the domestic and foreign espionage agencies and the military. In his most recent work, the publicist Dieter Schenk, who has written several critical analyses of the BKA, speaks of a "unification of police-military resources."[9] As Schenk reports, the BKA agreed in June 2005 to cooperate with the Center for the Transformation of the Bundeswehr - to formulate "interdisciplinary coordinated analyses of the causes, characteristics and consequences of threats as well as the possibilities for combating them." This also includes the Bundeswehr's satellite surveillance photography that the BKA would like to use for "threat analyses or police surveillance measures."[10]Military FunctionsEven though this obviously is to be used for domestic repression, the president of the BKA also has his sights on cooperation with the military in regions where Germany is an occupying power. While "using the Bundeswehr's infrastructure, such as its means of communications, protective vests, transportation logistics" [11] police officers could support the Bundeswehr in its functions as an occupying power. In general, "police and military resources must be consciously coordinated in the field of strategic planning." This is similar to what Christian Schmidt, Parliamentary State Secretary in the Defense Ministry, has been demanding. Already several years ago Schmidt alleged that "a cemented division separating domestic from foreign security can no longer be maintained." In the future, according to Schmidt, the police must be prepared "to take on typical military functions in foreign deployment, for example in the Balkans."[12]
Flexible
The dissolution of the separation of powers between the military, police and intelligence services, which is ostentatiously advancing in occupation zones,[13] is having a blowback onto German territory with the BKA-Law and the legalization of military operations in domestic affairs. Now it will also be possible to carry out in Germany what is being done - with hit and miss success - in Southeast Europe and Afghanistan: the flexible fight against various potentials of civil disorder using the respectively adequate measures, ranging from police intervention to heavy artillery on the basis of espionage information.

(Own report) - The German government is legalizing the use of "military means" in domestic affairs. As was jointly announced on Monday, Oct. 6 by the Ministries of Justice and the Interior, Berlin's government coalition parties have agreed to amend Article 35 of the German Constitution. According to this agreement, the German Bundeswehr will be allowed to operate on German territory - on land, at sea and in the airspace, in otherwise unspecified "particularly serious cases". This intervention can be carried out under cabinet orders, or - in case of an "emergency" - under the sole orders of the Minister of Defense. This promotes the dissolution of the separation of powers between military, police and intelligence agencies that previously had been urged principally between police and intelligence activities. Just a few days ago, reports disclosed the extent of the cooperation between the Federal Criminal Investigation Agency (BKA), the Federal Police and the domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. The BKA bill, due to be passed soon, is being heavily criticized for its violations of the constitutional separation of powers imperative. A recent publication exposes the current extent of the cooperation between the police and the military. Cooperation and a comprehensive blending of the various branches of Germany's repressive organs, on the domestic and foreign fronts, permit a flexible combat of potential civil disorder around the world.
All Branches of the Military
To legalize military operations inside the country, the German government is preparing to pass an amendment to Article 35 of the German Constitution. This article, which lays the legal groundwork for administrative assistance and aid in times of catastrophe, is to be amended with an additional two paragraphs. According to the bill "if the means at the disposal of the police prove insufficient to ward off threats in particularly serious cases, the federal government can order the armed forces to use military means." The federal government has command authority over the regional state governments. In cases of "imminent danger" the defense minister would be authorized to order a military intervention. According to reports, an "incident" need not have taken place nor be of imminent danger of taking place, merely an "indication" of an attack is sufficient.[1] Evidently there will be no limitation on the "military means." Accordingly all branches of the military under Bundeswehr command can be called into action inside the country. A parliamentary decision to this effect is not necessary.
A Bygone
Berlin is advancing the dissolution of the separation of powers between military, police and foreign intelligence by opening the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany to operations by the German armed forces. Already back in July 2007 Chancellor Merkel explained that the separation between domestic and foreign repression is "a bygone".[2] Other than in the case of the Air Safety Law, whose Bundeswehr paragraph (Art. 14 Para. 3) was annulled two years ago by the Constitutional Court,[3] the competence of police forces has been widened. The most recent example is the BKA Bill, soon to be passed into law. This provides the BKA - which has long since been active abroad - with preventive competence, with which it can "go over onto the turf of the Verfassungsschutz" (political secret police "Protectors of the Constitution"), says the publicist Dieter Schenk in a conversation with german-foreign-policy.com. De facto these wide-ranging rights for a so-called defense against threats, are also a subversion of the sovereignty of the police of the individual federal states.[4] Parliamentarians of the opposition are criticizing that the projected domestic repressive apparatus is in many ways "unconstitutional".[5]
Screened By All Agencies
The foreign espionage service is increasingly being included in this dissolution of the separation of powers between police and intelligence agencies. This has been substantiated in a report on the "Gemeinsame Analyse- und Strategiezentrum illegale Migration" (Joint Analysis and Strategy Center on Illegal Migration - GASIM). That institution, which began functioning two years ago, officially defends against undesired immigrants. In GASIM officials of the federal police and the BKA are cooperating with secret service personnel (Verfassungsschutz and the Federal Intelligence Service - BND).[6] Internal documents as well as statements from insiders indicate the extent to which police work and espionage are blending into one another. According to these sources, information from the BND "is simply passed on to the desks of the police." The police then do research in "their own data banks for information on these persons."[7] It is reported that even on the basis of "vague suspicions, also Germans (...) will be screened by all of the participating agencies." This cooperation also includes operative measures. In reference to the police working together with the spy agencies, a GASIM insider explains that "this means that information is enhanced, investigations prepared, at times even accompanied, and further measures are initiated with other police departments."
Spy Satellites
This insider report on the GASIM reinforces apprehensions that the police-intelligence service cooperation is also violating the separation of powers imperative in the Gemeinsame Terrorismusabwehrzentrum (Joint Terrorism Defense Center - GTAZ) located in Berlin-Treptow.[8] In addition the dividing lines are becoming ambiguous between the work of the BKA, which in the context of the GASIM and the GTAZ, is working officially with the domestic and foreign espionage agencies and the military. In his most recent work, the publicist Dieter Schenk, who has written several critical analyses of the BKA, speaks of a "unification of police-military resources."[9] As Schenk reports, the BKA agreed in June 2005 to cooperate with the Center for the Transformation of the Bundeswehr - to formulate "interdisciplinary coordinated analyses of the causes, characteristics and consequences of threats as well as the possibilities for combating them." This also includes the Bundeswehr's satellite surveillance photography that the BKA would like to use for "threat analyses or police surveillance measures."[10]Military FunctionsEven though this obviously is to be used for domestic repression, the president of the BKA also has his sights on cooperation with the military in regions where Germany is an occupying power. While "using the Bundeswehr's infrastructure, such as its means of communications, protective vests, transportation logistics" [11] police officers could support the Bundeswehr in its functions as an occupying power. In general, "police and military resources must be consciously coordinated in the field of strategic planning." This is similar to what Christian Schmidt, Parliamentary State Secretary in the Defense Ministry, has been demanding. Already several years ago Schmidt alleged that "a cemented division separating domestic from foreign security can no longer be maintained." In the future, according to Schmidt, the police must be prepared "to take on typical military functions in foreign deployment, for example in the Balkans."[12]
Flexible
The dissolution of the separation of powers between the military, police and intelligence services, which is ostentatiously advancing in occupation zones,[13] is having a blowback onto German territory with the BKA-Law and the legalization of military operations in domestic affairs. Now it will also be possible to carry out in Germany what is being done - with hit and miss success - in Southeast Europe and Afghanistan: the flexible fight against various potentials of civil disorder using the respectively adequate measures, ranging from police intervention to heavy artillery on the basis of espionage information.

TEMECULA, Calif. -- Raymond F. McNair, 78, died Oct. 11, 2008, in Southern California.According to early reports, Mr. McNair, a 1953 graduate of Ambassador College, Pasadena, and an early evangelist in the Radio/Worldwide Church of God, died after an illness that had lasted about two and one half years. He had suffered with prostate cancer.Mr. McNair in recent years was founder and president of the Church of God 21st Century, headquartered in the San Diego area.
A Church of the Eternal God elder visiting Mr. and Mrs. McNair from his home in Summerland, B.C., Canada, Rene Messier, was present at the time of Mr. McNair's death and referred to Mr. McNair as another of the "old lions" of the Church of God movement who are passing from the scene.Another Canadian friend of the McNairs, James Ludvigson of Penticton, B.C., spoke fondly of his friend.
Mr. McNair's death "saddens me," Mr. Ludvigson said, and "it just seems we're at that stage in the work where several of the old leaders are having severe health problems, as are the members. The natural attrition in the Church of God speaks for itself. It's a sad testament, but we just have to bond together and continue praying that the developing of the work will go ahead in God's orderly plans."
Mr. McNair's survivors include his wife, Eve.

I saw the Messiah today (if you believe Nation of Islam cult leader Louis Farrakhan) at the Maumee Bay State Park. My friend Carl and I had just finished walking the boardwalk (a great 2 mile stretch that meanders through woods and meadows near Lake Erie), and started to walk back to my car that was parked near the yellow-taped off area where all the Sheriff and Police are stationed for Obama's visit and Barack Obama was there shaking hands with tens of people. Looks just like he does on TV! ;-)
I walked right up and wanted to hand him one of my business cards (like I gave out yesterday to media, police and people), and was only 3 feet from him but that was when he was on the way out, was turning around to get into the waiting van, the Secret Service had open for him.
I wouldn't have shaken his hand, because that's a gesture you come in peace, without a weapon, and mean well. I don't believe Obama, a foreigner and fraud, means well for the United States. How could he after being indoctrinated by Jeremiah Wright and others in hateful Black Liberation Theology for over 20 years?
I don't hate Barack Hussein Obama, but I do despise the beliefs and the murderous and treacherous attitude of those Obama is known to surround himself with (from Jeremiah Wright to Louis Farrakhan to other Communists and Socialists and terrorists) since I love the United States of America and pray God Bless America. That being said, like the lady in Holland, Ohio told Obama this past Sabbath, "I won't vote for you, but I will pray for you." Amen.

Barack Hussein Obama, that foreigner and fraud, spoke in Toledo, Ohio yesterday at the Seagate Center. Afterwards I went down and distributed a few of my business cards with my book (Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall) and website address (http://www.davidbenariel.org/) on it. Then I continued on to my favorite park in the area: Maumee Bay State Park.
I had just visited Maumee Bay State Park this past Sabbath with a Black brother, Baruch, who believes as I do (against the replacement theology of Sunday for Sabbath and pagan holidays for the biblical festivals, etc.) and joked with him folks would think I was Biden and he was Obama! LOL. We go there often to walk on the boardwalk and fellowship and enjoy God's good creation. We usually see some deer, besides a variety of birds.
At the Maumee Bay Resort & Conference Center I counted over 10 State Trooper and Sheriff vehicles, several police cars, a big trailor for what I reckon was a temporary Sheriff headquarters for the shindig, lots of secret service (who I discovered aren't allowed to take business cards), around 5 stationed golf carts (with a police officer in each) at angles of Maumee Bay Conference Center and some boat out in the water.
Inside the lovely Conference Center I was lounging in the lobby with some dignified senior citizens (one who had declined to be interviewed or photographed by the media), and I questioned aloud, "If Obama's the Messiah, why does he need all the security?" They chuckled and nodded in approval. What a waste of taxpayers' hard-earned money!
I continued, "And if Obama's the Messiah why is he staying at this expensive place rather than at the campground they provide, since this evening starts the biblical festival of Succot (Festival of Tabernacles) and he could set up a booth like Yeshua (Jesus) would do? Of course, those who haven't been Obamatized, who aren't under Obama's sway and haven't fallen for Obama's demonic appeal, who aren't smitten with delusions of Obama's grandeur, know Barack Hussein Obama is not the Messiah.

How bizarre that you say the Khazars are not Jews, when THEY - along with their other Jewish brethren - have fulfilled the prophecies concerning Jews being restored to the Jewish homeland of Israel. Many Israelites are professing Christians, British-Israelism is true, but we have our part to play and our Jewish brethren have their part to play and ultimately we will become One Nation Under God, a truly United Kingdom.

A Wasted Vote
When asked why they will not vote for a third party candidate, many people will respond by saying something like, "He cannot win." Or, "I don't want to waste my vote." It is true: America has not elected a third party candidate since 1860. Does that automatically mean, however, that every vote cast for one of the two major party candidates is not a wasted vote? I don't think so. In the first place, a wasted vote is a vote for someone you know does not represent your own beliefs and principles. A wasted vote is a vote for someone you know will not lead the country in the way it should go. A wasted vote is a vote for the "lesser of two evils." Or, in the case of John McCain and Barack Obama, what we have is a choice between the "evil of two lessers."

We The People - Stand up or get stomped on!
We The People (Am Yisrael - the Nation/People of Israel) - White Israelite peoples (those Anglo-Saxon-Celtics and White peoples of NW European heritage) - must remember our Hebrew roots (Roots - they're not just for Black folk anymore!) and biblical responsibilities if we are to survive.
It is urgent that We The People remember our Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities, and break the bonds that shackle our minds and keep us down and under the Gentile heel; We The People must cast off the politically correct yoke of bondage imposed upon us; We The People must utterly reject the replacement theology of the politically correct cultists who have imposed "White guilt" upon us and who engage in pyschological warfare against us daily by building up other races by tearing down the White race, always "advancing" them at our expense. The White Man's Burden has become too great. Charity begins at home. Let us look after our own, first and foremost, and refuse to surrender any more territory.
The choice before us is to stand up or get stomped on - we've already been walked all over with institutionalized reverse discrimination and trampled by flagrant double standards and now they're showing their true colors by coveting the highest office of the land (that the Bible forbids them from occupying*).
Notice Blacks clearly have no shame in promoting one of their own kind (which is somewhat understandable but condemned as backward, redneck and racist when White people do the same), but what is not understandable, what is most unnatural and insane, is how useful White idiots are aiding and abetting their terrorism against us! Let us never forget that We The People are our own worst enemies - not Blacks, not Asians, not Latinos.
We The People wouldn't be in this situation, found in these dire straights, stuck in this muck, if we were in our proper place with God (Daniel 9:11). When We The People remember our Hebrew roots and biblical responsibilities and act accordingly, when we get back in our place with God, they'll be put back into their place, so help us God!

World leaders have often been at odds with the USA lately, but as America continues to be the epicenter of a global financial meltdown, the language is becoming increasingly hostile...and prophetically meaningful. It is very interesting from a Biblical perspective that not only the USA, but “the Anglo-Saxon” peoples are being derided for the recent financial catastrophe and its rippling international consequences.
Perhaps most illustrative of the world’s growing resentment toward the US and Britain were the recent remarks by Peer Steinbrueck, German Finance Minister. Addressing the German parliament, Steinbrueck placed blame for the global economic hemorrhaging squarely on the “Investment bankers and politicians in New York, Washington and London” whom he states were motivated by an “Anglo-Saxon drive” for excessive gain (Irish Times, September 25, 2008).
For those who understand the modern identity of Israel and the prophesied rise of a united Europe, this is significant language, and a harbinger of things to come.
Steinbrueck bluntly continued, “The world will never be as it was before the crisis…The United States will lose its superpower status in the world financial system.” He then stated that, “The financial crisis is above all an American problem. The other G7 financial ministers in continental Europe share this opinion."
Do not let the fact that “continental” European leaders are singling out the USA and the UK as the causes for this economic crisis escape you. And do not think that as this financial crisis impacts other nations, they will hold us blameless. Growing European resentment was well summarized when Der Spiegel reported, “The Americans are now paying the price for their pride” (September 30, 2008).
When Der Spiegel talks about the US “paying the price,” an illustrative example is the massive stock market fall on September 29. As the UK’s Telegraph reported, "The Dow Jones fell 777.7 to 10,365.4, a 7% drop and its biggest ever one-day points fall” (“Financial crisis: Dow Jones collapses as Paulson bail-out fails” Sept 30, 2008).
Is it coincidence that according to the Hebrew calendar (upon which Biblical time cycles are based), it was 7 years after the 9/11 attacks that the US woke up to a new economic reality? The despicable acts of 9/11 were a dramatic strike at the symbols of our financial power. Then, 7 years and 7 days later, the US woke up to $1.2 trillion having just been wiped off the value of US stocks in a single day. (September 11, 2001 was Elul 23. Seven years and seven days later was Tishri 1, the day after the US Congress initially rejected the economic rescue plan, when and the Dow subsequently fell 777.7 points.)
Leviticus 26:19-21, where God warns that He will “break the pride of our power” if we “walk contrary” to Him, is being fulfilled.
National punishment is prophesied if modern Jacob doesn’t earnestly repent and return to the God of the Bible, His Sabbaths and His Commandments. Will we continue to ignore clear prophecies such as Deuteronomy 28 that warn of national “cursing, confusion, and rebuke” (vs. 20), of agricultural and weather calamities (vs. 23-24), of other nations oppressing us (vs. 33), of being dependent on foreign loans (vs. 43-44), and of eventual military defeat (vs. 31-32, 49-52) if we continue to disobey our Creator? The prophecies of Deuteronomy and elsewhere are not old fables, but are God’s warnings coming to pass.
Many dismiss these warnings as just ancient writings, or as having already been fulfilled (2 Peter 3:3-4). But, Jesus Christ Himself tells us differently when He warns in Matthew 24 of a coming great tribulation to occur shortly before His return.

What an orgy of shame! I endured Traces of the Trade (PBS or is it PCS?) and discovered nothing new in it except for perhaps the disgusting depths that self-hating, bleeding heart white liberals, will descend to and self-righteously insist on dragging everybody else along with them.
What a twisted trip for white masochists, groveling before blacks who questioned and mocked them, who refused to shake their hand and who said they felt angry. White people ought to be angry at blacks always playing the victim and never taking responsibility for themselves - whether in the US or Africa.
Reparations are not the solution, especially if we subtract what blacks have cost America. Why should those who were never slave owners pay those who were never slaves? REPATRIATION is the solution. And looking at African blacks versus American blacks, some could conclude that for many the sacrifice of slavery is the best thing that ever happened. You certainly don't see blacks clamoring to return to Africa with any sense of proper pride, even though many claim to be "Afro-centric." Yet they'll stay and complain and try to shake down guilty whites instead of recognizing or admitting the common sense of Abraham Lincoln that still rings true today: the solution is racial separation.

Sphinx Organization isn't Racist?
I appreciate Margaret A. Cassetto, Manager of Corporate Partnerships, for promptly responding to my legitimate concerns about the racist nature of the Sphinx Organization:

I would like to clarify your misconception that the Sphinx Organization’s programs are exclusively for Blacks and Latinos. The only program for which Black or Latino heritage is requisite is the Sphinx Competition for young Black and Latino string players. This represents only a small portion of the people served by the organization. (The competiiton awards 18 semi-finalists annually.) The hundreds upon hundreds of young people who benefit from free and low-cost music education and exposure to classical music are of all races and ethnicities. Young people from all backgrounds participate in Sphinx’s full-scholarship summer music academy and weekend music institute. Likewise, when Sphinx artists visit schools across the country, it is a diverse audience of students who benefit from educational residencies and workshops.
