|GWINN Doris June Doris June Gwinn, 73, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on December 24, 2007, at her home. She was born in Springdale, West Virginia on June 14, 1934, to Gordon and Edith (McGuire) Carr. Doris was employed at Kmart and Meijer as a sales clerk. Doris is survived by her son, Benny Gwinn; adopted son, David Ben-Ariel; sisters, Christine Crookshanks, Margaret Orkis, Nola Cyrus, and Sara Hall and Avenel Carr; brothers, Gordon, Frank, and Tom Carr; grandchildren, Miranda, Nicole, Casandra, Jessica, and Katelyn; great-grand-children, Zander and Mark Jr.; special nieces, Comfort Notheis, Melissa McGee, Heidi Ramsey and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Gwinn; sisters, Mary McGee, Joanne Woolwine, and Audrey Carr and brother, James Carr. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday from 12-8 p.m. Additional visitation will be held Wednesday at the Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, West Virginia and where funeral services will be held Thursday. Entombment will be in the Wallace Funeral Cemetery. |
