Toledo Mayor Exposing Arrogant Jail Officials

The feud between Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbeiner (left) and Ottawa County Sheriff Robert Bratton (right) has become fodder for editorials, talk shows, blogs and letters to the editor. Most importantly, it is serving to highlight some practices at Ottawa County Jail which seem to be in need of change.
